Enjoy this modern mountain condo set in an unbeatable location, less than two miles from the Village at Palisades Tahoe! This is a perfect year-round home that caters to all. This is a newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is located just minutes from the Village at Palisades Tahoe that offers shopping, dining, skiing, and riding.

Tastefully furnished with marble countertops, new appliances, an electric fireplace, a large dining table that seats six and a breakfast bar that seats two, and a patio with a BBQ and furnishings makes this condo great for families or a group of friends looking to escape to the mountains.

When it is time to call it a day, retreat to the master bedroom that features a queen bed. The second bedroom includes brand new bunk beds; a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. There is one full bath at the end of the hallway and another that connects the bunk room and the main living area.

Retreat to the Tavern Inn and immerse yourself in the year-round HOA amenities featuring a shared pool, sauna, hot tub, and tennis courts, bike path, playgrounds, and more. This condo truly has it all!

PROPERTY NOTES
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* No stairs inside the condo. There is only 1 step from the exterior.

Great Stay. Too Expensive
Everything was perfect and we had no complaints. Well, only one. The nightly rate was fine, but after ALL the fees, the price was ridiculous. I know it's peak season, but wow. I only pulled the trigger was b/c I was looking to show Tahoe to out-of-country family and I had no other options.

Nearly a 5 Star
So many positives. Great location! Garage/laundry is a bonus. Nice size for our three guests. Comfortable beds. Despite the lack of A/C, it stayed cool during the day. Highly recommend a stay here. What keeps it from a 5 star property is it's showing its age. This unit is a bit dark; had to keep lights on during the day. Ice maker inoperable. Some of the pots/pans/utensils should be replaced.

Perfect little condo
Perfect little condo! Great location in north Lake Tahoe! About a 5-10 min drive to the Truckee River where you can hang out and float. About a 15 min drive to commons beach in Tahoe City. The beach was pretty crowded though, so either get there early, or maybe try a different spot? Truckee is also about a 15 min drive away- cute restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. The condo/cabin itself was wonderful! Clean and comfortable! Pretty small kitchen and food prep space though- can really only fit one adult at a time but not a huge deal for me. Overall, totally loved it!
