The house is ideally located, at the end of a cul-de-sac, on 1350m² of private grounds planted with trees.
It is close to the village, which can be seen from the kitchen. Local shops and a supermarket with petrol station are 8 minutes' walk away. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot or less than 2 minutes by car.
In terms of activities, hikers can follow the GR 34 along the coast (a 3-minute walk), there is a sailing school at Térénez (5 km away) and a surfing school at Locquirec (10 km away), climbing routes at Primel (3 km away), a pony club, numerous beaches, fishing on foot, boat trips, a golf course 30 km away and local markets throughout the week.
From Plougasnou, you can set sail for the island of Batz or the Château du Taureau.
