Picture perfect lake house is great for fishing and boating. all you need is sun for all your fun.. Has a great grilling area on giant deck over looking The Pickeral lake. And a short walk to get ice cream. Good time's for all. NO DOGS!!

The space
On hill over looking lake, it looks into the north. Nice swimming, sandy bottom and not to deep. Between the two garages open the door and you will find the two Kayaks.

Guest access
Steps up to main level, where there is a large deck with a gas grill. Up the side of the cottage is your entrance, Enter your code and your fun begins. I almost forgot, there is a outdoors shower around the back. MORE OUT DOOR FUN!!! "see picture."
And of course the LAKE.

Other things to note
YOU ARE TO ENJOY!! "BUT" LOW NOISES AFTER 11PM!! NO DOGS!

A comfortable and convenient place to relax

The view of the lake from both the wonderful deck and the huge windows was beautiful. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boat to get out onto the lake. It was quiet at night which we liked. We are hikers so it was nice to be close to several wooded sections of the North Country Trail. For us, it was a new experience using a combined microwave/convection oven but the instruction sheet worked. It was a good week!

vacation

Beautiful house and lake. Very comfortable. No oven, should be included in listing. Grill was filthy, we cleaned it. Thermostat was not adjustable, had to manually turn air on and off. However, all things considered, had a wonderful week, very much enjoyed it.

Lake fun

This is the second time we rented the house and are very satisfied. It is a beautiful home and very comfortable. The only thing I think could be better is the kitchen drawers could be cleaner and more organized. The grill also was dirty both times and we would have preferred a grill surface over a griddle. The house is also on the cooler side of the lake but mornings are beautiful on the deck. Great view.

Enjoyable

Beautiful decor, great outdoor deck with view of lake. Limited parking and lots of steps. Had a great time with family and perfect weather.

Lovely Lake House

We had a such a wonderful week that none of us wanted to leave! We used the kayaks and peddle boat every day, fished from the dock, napped in the hammock, swam in the lake and had our morning coffee and dinners on the expansive deck. There are many outdoor seating options and you can't go wrong with any of them. Sit and watch the butterflies drift by or listen for the hummingbirds as they come to drink from the feeders. There is a family of swans that live on the lake and we enjoyed a "swan parade" twice daily as the family made it's way from one side of the lake to the other. There is also a family of loons that play & dive in the water and fill the air with their eerie calls. The lake water is clean & clear and full of fish of all sizes. Our sons enjoyed the fire pit at night and then taking an outdoor shower to get the smoke smell off. The house is absolutely gorgeous, was impeccably clean when we arrived, and has comfy beds. John is a gracious host and really has thought of everything to make your stay fantastic.
