TIPPY TOP is een prachtige tri-level (3), 6 slaapkamers met 2 slaapkamers op elk niveau, 4 King slaapkamers, 1 Queen slaapkamer, 1 - 4 stapelbed kamer) 4 badkamers 3600 sq. Ft. Op maat gemaakte echte blokhut gelegen in Shagbark een bewaakte gemeenschap ongeveer. 6 mijl van de parkway bij light # 3 in Pigeon Forge. Het uitzicht vanaf de hut is spectaculair vandaar de naam van de hut, het perceel waar Tippy Top op zit is 3 hectare bovenop een heuvelrug en biedt je veel privacy met het voordeel dat je zonder angst voor de hut kunt rondlopen steile afgronden, waardoor de kinderen en het hele gezin in de hut rond kunnen lopen. Het bubbelbad zit op achterhut met uitzicht op de bergen met een hemels uitzicht op de bergen. Voor de koelere nachten zijn er 2 gaskachels één op het hoofdniveau van de grote zaal en een op het niveau van de speelkamer. De hut heeft 4 master kingsize suites slaapkamers met badkamers op de 3e verdieping, er is een spectaculaire koning slaapkamer met een muur van ramen rondom een grote jacuzzi met spectaculair uitzicht op de bergen met open haard voor die koelere romantische avonden. De keuken en eetkamer zijn volledig uitgerust, van borden tot glaswerk, potten en pannen, met alle kleine apparaten die het tot een geweldige keuken maken om in te koken. Als u naar een gasgrill wilt, kunt u genieten van het uitzicht terwijl u de familiemaaltijd bereidt na een volledige dag van het bezoeken van alle bezienswaardigheden in Pigeon Forge en het gebied rond de Smoky Mountain National Park in Gatlinburg. We spent a week here on vacation with my entire family. There were 16 of us and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. We had lots of family time and lots of laughs, the kitchen was well equipped for whatever you may decide to make. Having the additional kitchenette downstairs was extremely helpful. The views are spectacular especially at sunset. One caution, we saw bears every single day and they were very active.

We were a group of 11 and there was plenty of room. Plenty of parking and the area was so quiet. The house is well equipped and has views to die for. We had a few visitors but they were no bother and they just went on about their day. What we didn't know about was a little wet bar on the bottom floor which comes in handy and also a room with full size bunk beds. The host was easily accessible if we had a question. The people at the gate were so nice. If we come back to the area again we will be staying at Tippy Top.

Our stay was so amazing! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and view was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone and the cabin was fully equipped with everything we needed, the check in process was super easy and owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this cabin.

Great property! Highly recommend for any large family gathering. Beautiful home. Convenient location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only complaint was no hanging closet available in main floor master so had to lay clothes over side of tub. Closets is there but locked. Owner and maintenance person were great to deal with. Easy in/out. Hope to stay again next year!

This property is spectacular! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. This very comfortably accommodated our party of 14. It is clean and very well stocked. The layout couldn’t have been better with plenty of space for all. The 2 decks have breathtaking views of the mountains, and we even got to see a bear 2 days in a row. Mark was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would absolutely recommend this place!

Our stay was very relaxing! The cabin was at the top of the mountain with a beautiful view! The area was very quiet and we felt secluded. The rooms were open and spacious. While our kids stayed up all night playing games and charades downstairs, we did not hear any noise upstairs! Each room was fully stocked with all necessities. The host, Mark, supplied us with all the information necessary and we never needed to ask for anything. The cabin was perfect for our long weekend. Next time we would love to stay longer!

Perfect mountain getaway

The house was beautiful and very clean. The house was fully stocked with everything you will need. Our family enjoyed the beautiful wrap around deck with amazing views, coffee in the morning and drinks at night. We had plans to leave during the days to go exploring and have dinner out, but we enjoyed being at the house so much we stayed there most of our trip.I highly recommend this vacation home, we will definitely book again if we vacation in Tennessee in the future.

My group really enjoyed the stay at the Tip Top the view from the cabin was awesome. Every one raved about the cabin. It was just the amount of spacce and bedrooms we needed. It was great!

Amazing experience!!!

Tippy Top cabin was perfect for our church retreat. It was more than what we expected! The cabin is beautiful, the room are very nice, and the view was amazing! The owner of the cabin was very nice and easy to work with. We plan on reserving this amazing cabin again in the near future!

Wow! The views from the deck and hot tub was just beautiful, really enjoyed how spacious the hot tub was. Beautiful cabin inside and out, thank you for having us!!!

Fantastic Location and Beautiful Views!

My family group of 16 spent 4 nights and 5 nights at Tippy Top cabin. The owner, Mark, thought of everything when he built this cabin. The view, the floor plan, and so many extras to this cabin. It's a very private location with a perfect view of the Smoky Mountains and we even spotted some of the local wildlife. This was the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Christmas Getaway

This home was perfect. We put all the teen/young adults downstairs in those 3 bedrooms with all the games which was PERFECT. Then we put the couples up on the main floor and upstairs and we couldn't have asked for better. The only thing is I would pack your hair dryers, other than that everything you could need is there and there are 2 laundry rooms which is great. I could've just stayed at the cabin and would've been content.

Amazing experience

Tippy Top was awesome. The cabin layout and amenities were perfect for our group. We have found our family cabin in the smokies for our visits. Thank you Mark for sharing your paradise in the mountains. When we first pulled in and saw this brand New real log cabin with these fabulous mountain views we were in amazed. But that's was just the start of this custom large lock cabin. The porches were so big and great for gathering and relaxing

Wish we could stay longer!!

Tippy Top is a beautiful property with a beautiful view! We enjoyed every moment! Just be prepared for the drive up the mountain - if you are not accustom to it it can be a bit scary the first couple of time. Just added to the excitement of the trip! Mark was always available and even checked in mid-week to make sure all was well. Thanks for a great family trip! Heather

The view from Tippy Top is stunning!

We had stayed in the original Tippy Top in 2021 before it was lost to the wildfires. We came back to stay at the new cabin because Mark is a great homeowner and host. The old Tippy Top was Great, but this new Tippy Top that Mark completed last month is SPECTACULAR. The design and open space is awesome and the views from all rooms are breathtaking. The finishes and decor are top notch the mattresses are very comfortable. We always enjoy coming to the mountains and Tippy Top is our families new choice for making memories that the family will have for a lifetime.

R&R Guaranteed!

Not only was this home amazing, but so was Mark! This home guarantees a weight to be lifted from everyday stress. From the moment you park the stress melts away. The views are stunning, the home is gorgeous and every detail has been thought out. From the rustic (and extremely comfortable beds) and furniture, the game room, jacuzzi, beautiful restrooms to the gorgeous kitchen, you will not be disappointed! This was such a nice place for us to gather with loved ones we had not seen in a long while. When we had anything to discuss, Mark was prompt and so helpful. It was hard to come off of the mountain and back to reality. You can't go wrong with this gorgeous property...the only problem is that you will not want to leave!

Wonderful Multi-generational Family Vacation!

Tippy Top exceeded expectations for our family vacation.! There were 9 of us ranging in age from a 1 year old to Great Grandpa who celebrated his 89th birthday while we were there. The accommodations were perfect as Great Grandpa had everything he needed on the main floor, the kids and their parents had the lower level to themselves and the rest of us enjoyed peace and quiet on the second floor. The house was very comfortable, the deck and views were outstanding.! We were a short drive to the action in Pigeon Forge but also had the tranquility of the mountains. It was the very best of both worlds! We even saw a Momma Bear and 4 cubs!

My wife Melissa and I have always enjoyed the mountains, theres just something about the atmospehere of the Smoky Mountains and especially the the Pigeon Forge area. We live in Orlando Florida, we have 2 children Gregory and Brittany and 2 Grand Daughters Kayden and Rylee

We had TIPPY TOP built in 2007 in Shagbark, We chose Shagbark because of its Park like setting and the shear beauty of the lot that Tippy Top is built on It's views are spectacular and the cabin is very comfortable from the smallest to the largest groups.
