The kitchen is equipped with a cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The bedroom has a very nice double bed with top-quality linens.

The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries too.

A combination of Necker, Saint-Lambert, Grenelle, and Javel districts, the 15th arrondissement of Paris is the most populous of the capital, and undoubtedly one of the liveliest places in Paris.

Located in the heart of the capital, the 15th arrondissement offers beautiful parks and gardens. The ultra-modern Parc André Citroën, as well as the more intimate Parc Georges Brassens, with its river and its many varieties of plants. Also worth seeing is Suzanne Lenglen Park, where the Paris Heliport is located.

As for food, the 15 arrondissement offers plenty. One restaurant you cannot miss is Le Quinzième, a Michelin star restaurant by the famous Cyril Lignac, on Cauchy street, only a stone's throw from the Montparnasse train station. If you’re looking for a more hearty meal in a more rustic and simple style, head to the bar brewery Au Dernier Métro. Close to the Dupleix station, this authentic bar serves amazing South-Western dishes, accompanied by delicious wines!

Paris has a very comprehensive Metro system, which makes getting around very convenient. Just a 10-minute walk away is the Convention Metro station of line 12 that will take you to the center of Paris within minutes.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
