Het appartement bestaat uit een keuken met een grote woonkamer, waar u een zeer comfortabele slaapbank voor twee personen, een slaapkamer en kleedkamers vindt, allemaal rigoureus in moderne stijl met warme kleuren die typerend zijn voor 'Tek'-hout. De lichte en gastvrije badkamer, bedekt met een mozaïek, biedt u een comfortabele douche. Kleine privé-binnenplaats bloeide in de warmere maanden. Het appartement biedt veel comfort, zoals satelliet-tv, wifi-verbinding met internetcode (we bieden geen pc), airconditioning, verwarming, wasmachine, droger, vaatwasser, magnetron, waterkoker, broodrooster, haardroger.

De Sestiere van Cannaregio waarin het appartement zich bevindt, en meer specifiek 'Calle delle Muneghe' biedt vele attracties voor toeristen die willen verblijven in een gebied dat wordt bediend door de Venetiaanse markten, typische winkels en restaurants die een uitstekende keuken bieden. De meest bekende manier om Rialto en San Marco te bereiken, is 'Strada Nuova', een paar minuten ver van het appartement, langs 'Rio della Sensa'. The property was very clean and organized. It was very close to restaurants and waterboats, but at the same time, in a quiet area of the city. Daniela was amazing. She sent us a lot of information and precise instructions on how to get there and places around. The beds were very comfy had a good size for four adults. Would certainly recommend this property

We stayed in a quiet and charming part of town. Easy to walk to the station, great restaurants near by, cold water in the fridge, wonderful communication, and everything was as expected. AC was great!

Family of 4 (2 adults, kids 11 and 14), had a great experience staying here! Daniela was very responsive and kind, and everything in the apartment was well thought out with all the essentials we needed including soaps, paper towel, stocked kitchen etc. The air conditioning worked very well, and laundry (washer and dryer) in unit was a great touch, they also provided instructions on transportation to get to apartment, and meeting us at the stop to walk us there. Location was also great!!! We will definitely be recommending to others and retuning if we get the chance. Thanks again!

We had an amazing stay here! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a large place for 2 people so this was definitely a gem to find. Daniela gave us great instructions for checkin and made the process super easy. She also gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to attractions. There were amazing restaurants here! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay in Venice and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Daniela was excellent throughout. Clear, responsive, and proactive with communication from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and was always available to answer questions or provide helpful local guidance.The property itself was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was a major highlight: central enough to easily access key attractions, yet still in a quieter area that made it ideal for relaxing after a full day exploring the city.Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Daniela’s place to anyone visiting Venice, especially families looking for a convenient and reliable base. We would gladly stay here again.

The property was very clean. The issues we had was we were not informed that you could not use the A/C, until June. We were there in May, it was quite warm in the house and when you open windows the house fills up with mosquitoes. The host warned us to not use too much electricity or it would get shut off. Tried using the clothes dryer and it kept shutting down. Other than that it was great.

Apartment was great. Very nice location. Very quiet neighborhood and just short walk to all the hustle and bustle of Venice. Communication with host was excellent. Apartment provided most everything needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would for sure return.

One of the best lodging experiences we have had in Europe. We felt spoiled with the quality of the appliances and large living area. We walked to/from the train station and found that we were close to everything on our to-do list. Host was extra available and communicative.

Daniela was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout the whole process from booking to check out. Her apartment was fantastic, even more charming than the pictures. I really appreciated all of the small details such having European outlet adapters available, bottles of water in the fridge, and a dish of candies on the kitchen counter to welcome us. The location was as promised, quiet, outside of the bustle of the main tourist area, but a close enough walk that we had no problem reaching shops, restaurants, and local attractions. This was my favorite of three places that we stayed during our trip. I highly recommend it!

Very nice place away from the center, but not too far, which we liked. We had 4 adults and did not spend much time in the room, so it met our needs. Daniela provided excellent instructions and recommendations, she was a great host.

Daniela's luxury apartment was a joy to stay in - beautiful, in a great location & reasonably priced for what we experienced. Daniela was a lovely, helpul, welcoming host who did everything to make our stay special. Her assistant, Cristina was the same!

Daniela was a terrific hostess. She met us at our Alilaguna stop and walked us to our home away from home. Canneregio is a fantastic neighborhood, away from the hustle bustle. Only a 30 minute walk to St. Mark Square. Daniela provided us with many dining recommendations and touristy spots. Would highly recommend. So nice to see the city after hours.

Convenient place

Overall nice stay in a quiet part of town, but with some great dining options nearby. It was lovely to have a small kitchen. Having air conditioning was appreciated in the summer. Note that the "courtyard" is very small; really only suitable for a single person.

Daniela is great. Met and showed us the apartment and a few dining options. The area around the apartment is very quite away from the crowd and noise of the main attractions, while still a 20 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is clean and had all amenities a family would need. Will definitely recommend to friends who may visit in the future.

Venice weekend Get-A-Way

Lovely loft and excellent stay. We were looking for a place a little off the main tourist path but still close enough to all the sites and everything Venice had to offer. This was perfect for what we were looking for. Host is very responsive and very helpful with offering assistance of where to go and what to see.

Daniela was an absolutely amazing host and made our stay in Venice feel comfortable, safe, and completely stress-free. My two friends and I were studying abroad and decided to visit Venice during a two-day break. Since it was our first time in Venice, and, for some of us, our first time traveling outside of the United States, we were especially grateful for how welcoming and helpful she was.Before we arrived, Daniela provided us with so much useful information about nearby restaurants, shops, attractions, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The most helpful part was the video walking guides she created to show us exactly how to find the home from the train station. The amount of dedication and preparation she put into making sure we had everything we needed was truly incredible.She also clearly explained how to use the appliances in the home, including the air conditioning. When we needed a little extra help understanding the AC remote, she responded immediately with a voice message explaining it to us. We also arrived earlier than expected, and she kindly allowed us to check in early.Daniela was friendly, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Because of her, we were able to enjoy Venice without any stress or confusion. I truly cannot express how much we appreciated her kindness and hospitality. If I ever return to Venice, I would absolutely stay with Daniela again. I highly recommend her and her home!

I am the mother of two wonderful childrens, Gemma Maria of 5 years and Francesco of 3 and a half years, they are the joy of my life and together with my husband Pietro we live everyday life with love and enthusiasm.
When we can, we love to travel although long journeys have been neglected given the tender age of our kids. In recent years our favorite destinations are the Ligurian sea, as I was born in Genoa and I still have all my loved ones there, the Adriatic coast, the Cavallino in particular, half an hour by boat from Venice and the mountain, the Trentino above all.
I love dedicating myself with care and dedication to my 'tourist rental' business, always trying to assist my guests at the best before and during their stay because, having traveled a lot especially abroad before becoming a mother, I know how important it is to assist guests who are abroad and do not know the habits and customs of the place where they are ... in the work I do every day, the satisfaction of my guests is surely my first goal ..

In 2008 I was a single girl and I was looking for a very comfortable accomodation for myself...I fall in love with perla Grigia at the very first visit and decided that 'Pearl' had to become my future home. I bought it and lived there for a while but then I met my husband and together we have decided to move in a cottage in the countryside so I started to rent it with a great pleasure ..I wanted so much that someone else could enjoy it since so comfortable and cozy....my wish came through considering that now all my guests are so happy and satisfied about it and this is a big satisfaction for me since I have looked after it with so much love and care and to realize day by day that everyone is content of the stay in there...this makes my heart full of joy!
