Terrazzo floors thru most of the home are beautiful. New items include appliances, granite counter tops, dishes, cups, silverware, doors, artwork, ceramic tile, fixtures etc. The living room is 24 x 40 feet making it 960 sq ft in total just for one room. Also has a 2-1/2 car garage with washer, dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, trash cans, trash bags etc. Our backyard has a fenced in patio with a table for dining if you so wish. Currently can seat 8 at our indoor dining room and or another 8 in our patio area. The kitchen has spices, new pots and pans, new dishes cups etc. We also provide rice cooker, mixer, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryers, bath towels, hand soap, etc. Please bring your shampoo, body wash soap, etc. We do provide starter toilet paper and paper towels. We have four beach chairs and 2 garage door openers. Please be sure to return these before driving home.We ask that you bring your own beach towels.
