This studio is adorable and ideal for a couple that wants the peace and tranquility of the rainforest and convenience of being less than five miles from Volcano NP. The only reason I gave this four instead of five stars is that the property does not have air conditioning. It is pleasant later in the evening, but the daytime is hot and humid.

Only issue I had was the lock to open the gate. We arrived late at night and had a big of trouble opening it, other than that, a beautiful stay.

Cool location and so close to the national park. The cottage was just as pictured and described. It was very clean. It is very dark so follow the hint to bring a flashlight or use your phone flashlight if arriving after dark.

Talk about a quaint deviled paradise to get away! It was just what we needed to unwind. Close to town and the park, but also not too far away from Hilo and other activities. If you ar looking for some piece and quiet. This is the place. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, and the place was very clean. Internet if you need / want it, but best to turn it off and enjoy the quiet. Super easy to find, just follow the directions provided and be respectful off the neighbors!

We spent a few days here to visit the park. The grounds are beautiful and the accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Great location close to Volcanoes National Park and Volcano village. The cabin is charming and comfortable and tucked into the most beautiful cloud forest. We loved the fireplace in the evenings after a day out hikingClose to Lanakai Brewing, a great spot for beer and pizza.

Overall beautiful place, and a very unique stay. The hosta were very responsive and professional even despite the storm and it's impact.There was some issue with a window leaking water due to the storm and additionally some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Nothing that can't be resolved.I really enjoyed my time and would love to come back for a longer stay.

This was such a cool space! It felt like we were immersed in the rainforest but still with plenty of luxury. On clear nights you get treated to a beautiful view of the night sky for stargazing, and this spot is just a quick drive to the national park.

Loved this place. Clean, comfortable, remote, private... Felt like we were in our own fern forest. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy drive to Volcano entrance. Loved the frogs and the stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely convenient location to Hawaii Volcanoes NP. The road leading to the house is not paved, so take your time and make sure to load the instructions to the house ahead of time as service can be spotty. The house itself was clean with tons of amenities that made our stay comfortable. During our stay, a kona low storm arrived, and the on-island team was responsive and answered our questions on how to stay safe during the inclement weather at the property. We really appreciated their support throughout the entire stay!
