Great Location

We stayed here for a week while our son played at All Star Village. It was perfect for my husband and I. Perfectly located to the freeway, only minutes from All Star Village and good options for food nearby. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was convenient, living room was comfortable for relaxing and AC was great since we happened to visit during a major heat wave. If we ever return to Oneonta, we would rent here again.

Great location near Cooperstown Baseball World!

This worked out perfectly for us spending the week watching our son play baseball at Baseball World. The host is super responsive and met all our needs. House is perfect size for two. Could use some new carpet, but otherwise very clean. Would Recommend!

Old - no updates Furniture , couch bed very very old We walked in and I did not stay - went and got a hotel. Location not in a good area. Reviews stated within walking distances to Walmart, restaurants, All Star Village )which was our reason for being there - all false. I do not recommend.

Great place

We were at all Star village to see my grandson play. This was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. The only thing I would do different is bring my own bed pillows there are only 2 pillows. But that is just me I like fluffy ones. There is even a grill with the utensils to grill out of you want and it's within walking distance of some great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. John was a great host.

Great Spot for All-Star Village Tournament

The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity.

Great 1 bedroom apt in Oeonta. Perfect for All Star Village parents.

I had a great stay at this apartment while my son was at Cooperstown All Star Village in June 2021. The property itself is a bit dated, but the location was great and the bed and other furnishings were comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen and full fridge for the week and be able to eat a few meals in. The house is less than half a mile from the main downtown area and it's easily walkable if you want to head out for dinner or to meet up with the other parents. And it's only about 8 minutes from All Star Village, which enabled me to come back in between games if I needed a break or had to take a call for work. I would definitely stay here again and appreciated the responsiveness of the owner.

6/10 – Matig

Positief: Netheid, inchecken en communicatie
This place wasn’t horrible. It was clean but old. We are in our early 70’s. The stairs were steep and steps were narrow. We managed but for someone older it a little less stable they could be an issue. There weren’t any clothes hangers in any of the closets. Had to go buy some. Washer and dryer was downstairs sharing it with possible 3 other tenants in the building. Bed was comfortable. Clean

Having access to a washer and dryer was great for us, the AC was cold, the kitchen was decent, I wish there was a bigger couch though.

Great location!

Perfect location for parents with kids playing at Cooperstown. John was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Note - some curtains in the bedroom to block out the morning sun would be helpful. Thank you for a great stay!
