Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Very Disappointing

When we checked in, our unit was not cleaned and beds were not made. We asked for sheets just so we could go to sleep and a re-clean the next day. The cleaning service came back and argued with us that they did clean, and never did the re-clean. We had no Wifi until the last day after multiple requests for repair. We had no kitchen lights until maintenance could come late in day 2. The unit was dirty, with crumbs, hairs, and fingerprints everywhere. The dishes in the cabinets had lipstick stains on the mugs and food on the plates. (The cleaning service told us there was no dishwashing soap for them to ever clean with so they just ran it with water). I will never book through Vacasa again, and only deal directly with the owner or a more local real estate agent. I like to think that if the owner knew, they would be horrified. We were credited $100 for not having wifi, however the aggravation of having to leave the unit to have wifi for work and considering the amount of money we paid to stay there, $100 seems minimal.

First time but not the last time at Sea Colony Farragut

We had a wonderful family vacation here at Bethany Beach. First time getting the children and grandchildren together-not easy when they are all 5 years old and younger and coming from different locations. Convenient to both beach and pool which was perfect for the little oness./

The convenience to the pool and beach is what made this stay worthwhile. The home itself needs updating. It was not clean when we arrived and there’s mildew and mold in the bathrooms. Probably the worse place we have stayed in all the years we have been coming.
