Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level design features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (with Corian counters), full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs (new 65-inch TV in the living room -2019), DVD, 2 assigned parking spaces, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. This building does not feature an elevator.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
There will be nearby construction through mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
