This apartment is a one-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with lift and which has a sea view, with a beautiful opening on the Bay of Aigues-Mortes facing the Grande-Motte. It consists of a kitchenette and a living room which has a two-seater sofa with TV area and a bedroom with a 140cm bed. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your greatest comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals.

This apartment does not have a private parking space but you will easily find parking around the residence, even in the height of the summer season. There is always room in this area. We will show you free and paid parking lots. Please note that the paying car parks of the Grau du Roi Seaside Resort allow you to take out subscriptions for one day or several days, or the week directly on the parking meter.
Le Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest station with frequent traffic is Montpellier Sud de France station and the nearest airport is also Montpellier.
In addition and with a request upstream of your reservation, we can find a solution for you to pick you up at the airport or at the station and take you to your vacation spot in complete peace of mind.

## IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This residence is located with its feet in the sand, with private access through a door at the end of the plot of this residence which exits directly onto the beach on the right bank. The Château Leenhardt residence has an "L" shape and consists of two buildings: building A and building B. Both buildings consist of a ground floor + 4 floors with lifts. There is an elevator for building A and an elevator for building B. On the other hand, in terms of accessibility, the apartments do not meet "PMR" handicap standards. If the apartment you have booked is in building A, the higher you go up the floors, the more you have a beautiful and wide sea view overlooking La Grande-Motte with a north-west exposure (all sunsets on sunny days). On this side of building A, the residence is built on the edge and right next to it is a municipal paid parking lot from the beginning of March to the beginning of November, on which motorhomes and cars can park.
