This newly renovated 3 Bed 2 bath home is a few short blocks from the ocean and a few minutes drive from 2 amazing rivers. Whether you are looking to enjoy a day at the beach, fish the rivers, or rent jet skis for a few hours, the opportunities are endless while staying at our completely renovated and newly furnished home. You can relax in our spacious living room in front of the big screen TV, stretch out in the sunroom while watching a movie or snuggle up in one of 3 bedrooms while watching your own private TV. Every room is outfitted with incredible memory foam mattresses. Backyard includes patio set, grill and chiminea. Ping pong table in garage for your enjoyment and beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. Our amenities should meet every one of your needs while you are enjoying your vacation with us!

The Bee House

The location was great. The sunroom had infestation of bees coming into the room and dying all over the floor into the dining area. It was bad that we did not get to enjoy the nicest part of the home. Should have received some compensation for having this issue during our stay.

Clean, and has everything you need

This is our second stay here. When I say it has everything, we literally hosted our Thanksgiving dinner with my in-laws and we didn’t have to borrow anything because it doesn’t matter if it was a mixer or a big pot for potatoes, they had it. Plus everything is clean and comfortable.

Perfect place for a large family

The house was wonderful! Lots of room for the entire family to spread out and relax. Had everything we could need in the kitchen. Close to both Cocoa and our family in Melbourne, and extremely easy to get to restaurants and groceries. The few hiccups we had, Bill took care of quickly. Very impressed with the whole experience, house, location...and we even had a perfect view to watch a night launch from Cape Canaveral!

Pick this house ! You won't be sorry !

The house is very updated and we LOVED the layout ! There is a really nice "bonus" room that serves as a second living room. This house has super comfy beds in all rooms and TV's ! The house is stocked really well with most all things you would need ! Bill ( the owner) is super nice and makes sure that you are taken care of. The location is GREAT ! You are located perfectly between Cocoa Beach and Melborne. Plenty to do in both directions ! We will definitely book again with Bill when we return next time ! Highly recommended
