Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 28 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a large cabin, a bathroom and a terrace. - A living room of 28 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs, dining area and cabin area with a pull-out bed (1 single bed or 1 double bed when open).

- Room 1 : a double bed (140x190).
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub.

- A terrace of 18 m² facing South-East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
