Volledig gerenoveerd in en uit 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers huis gelegen in het Mill Creek gebied van Incline Village. Deze lage locatie ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het Hyatt en op 10 minuten lopen van de prachtige privéstranden van Incline Village.
Dit huis ligt op een prachtig, ongerept 1/3 hectare groot, omgeven door pijnbomen, biedt een scala aan entertainment-opties, waaronder een Sonos-geluidssysteem in de studeerkamer, keuken, terras en jeu de boulesbaan, 42 inch flatscreen-tv, dvd speler, videorecorder speler in het hol. De woonkamer heeft een mooie gashaard, 32 inch flatscreen-tv, dvd-speler en een gezellige sectionele bank om te ontspannen. Er is een groot dek (675 m²) naast de keuken met een gas-BBQ en een professioneel gebouwd jeu de boules-baan in de achtertuin, ideaal voor entertainment of ontspanning. Alle drie de slaapkamers hebben ook een flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler. De garage is afgewerkt en bevat een oplader voor elektrische auto's van 50 ampère.
Incline Village, de enige geplande gemeenschap van Lake Tahoe, is de thuisbasis van de Championship and Mountain Golf-baan, Diamond Peak en Sand Harbor. Gelegen aan de schilderachtige noordkust van Lake Tahoe, 45 minuten van de internationale luchthaven Reno, 25 minuten van Northstar Ski Resort, 45 minuten van Squaw Valley, Alpine en Heavenly Ski Resort. This house was immaculately kept with a great layout, lots of room, and clean spaces. Even the decor was really nice. My family really enjoyed staying here. The backyard was the perfect place to relax. The patio was a great size, and the bocce ball field(?) was awesome out there, and the we really had fun.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is beautiful inside and out. Just beware of the steps from kitchen to family room. Hard to see the third step as it blends with the flooring. Out of 6 of us, 5 fell or stumbled trying to navigate the steps.

Fantastic home in a great location

What a beautiful home in the perfect location. We were looking for a family friendly house to celebrate an early Christmas with our granddaughters 2.5 and 1. This place was centrally located to take walks to the hyatts, restaurants and the houses around us had adorable Christmas decorations. We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful house in Incline Village

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and spacious. It is perfect for friends and family get together. Bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked. Kitchen has all the utensils, pans, pots, etc. The appliances were very modern. Check in and out was very easy.

Wonderful House

Super home fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! The interior was incredibly nice, clean, and beautiful design aesthetic. We loved grilling out in the fabulous back yard!

Family Wedding Weekend

Terrific place to gather for a family wedding weekend. This beautiful home provided a welcome respite between events. The deck and backyard may have been our favorite spaces, though the entire house was pleasant and quite comfortable, giving each of us space to rest and recharge. We had a small issue with hot water, which was rectified immediately by the property manager. (Thanks Luis!). We highly recommend this gorgeous home for your next adventure in Incline Village.

Comfortable, beautiful home!

The home was nicely decorated, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and actually felt like our home away from home. My only critique would be that we thought we would be able to play bocce ball, because the sun was out, and sit on back deck in the chairs shown in pics (all were tightly covered). Other than those small items, your home was a delight!

Top notch!

Everything was top notch. House was immaculate and very well stocked with all you could need. Location was great and just a bike ride away from the Hyatt, shops and great bike trails.

Great Property!

Our stay was awesome from beginning to end. The location is fantastic because we like to do a little gambling at the Hyatt Incline Village -- the house is VERY close to the Hyatt and Diamond Peak Ski resort. The house was super comfortable with plenty of basic supplies -- the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals -- all we had to do was buy groceries. The bathrooms also had everything we needed. There are two large living spaces perfect for hanging out -- as well as a gas fireplace. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, 4 beds ,4 baths, beautiful backyard, couches in downstairs living room not comfortable but looked nice. would put instructions with each tv for guests. Front lock sticks and side door, only complaint about property. Otherwise would definitely stay again here. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home.

This home is perfectly located and has all the amenities you could want. Only suggestions would be 1. More bath towels 2. Instruction binder 3 more attention to needs of older people ( hand railing down steps, grab bar in bath/shower) Management company took 2 days to address bathroom sink function. Just a few kinks to work out….

Beautiful cabin close to all the amenities

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday trip because of this great place. The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Each bedroom had comfortable beds, great linens, everything was super clean and we had plenty of space for our family to all gather for meals, cookie baking and so much more. I will definitely stay here again on a future trip!
