Welcome to Fiesta del Sol #110! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is centrally located on South Padre Island and is just a short 5 minute walk to local restaurants, entertainment and the BEACH! The condo offers guests a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for making delicious home cooked meals with friends and family on vacation. The open concept dining area provides seating from 5, with additional bar seating for two at the kitchen. The living room offers a flat screen TV and ample seating for the whole group. The master bedroom features a King size bed and flat screen TV, as well as a private bathroom with combination shower/bathtub. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen size bed and a Twin size bed, accommodating another 3 guests comfortably, for a total of 5 guests. Guests have access to a second shared bathroom with a shower. The property also provides free wifi and parking on site.

Relax outside on the fenced in patio with privacy, or take a dip in the sparkling community pool!
When you're ready to hit the beach, take a short 5 minute walk out to city beach access #7/Surf Circle!

You probably already read all the other reviews. So you know this condo is perfect and they allow your dog is just icing on the cake. They condo has everything you will need including extra toilet paper, paper towels and dish washing stuff! Even the furniture is nice and soft. It has a front porch and a back porch with nice seating at each. The location is excellent. Half a block to the gulf and a block and a half to the bay. 2 coffee shop within a block or two. Grocery store is 3 blocks away. Restaurant choices on the island are amazing.I can't say enough nice things about this condo. I can't wait to go back. PS…. South padre island is very pet friendly puppies everywhere even on the beaches!

Kitchen was a huge disappointment, needs to be updated and new kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Bathrooms are updated and great. Best part was the back deck and outside shower, which were not specified but we used every morning! No closet in primary bedroom, odd! Front steps are difficult for seniors.

Relaxing Getaway!
We so enjoyed our stay! It was so relaxing! We stay at this condo everytime we come to S Padre Island and it never disappoints! We spent a lot of time in the pool this time! Weather was beautiful! We walked almost everywhere! The north end of island was beautiful and private for fun in the sun! Condo was clean, quiet, easy to let our dog out back fence of private patio! We will definitely be back since it's our favorite spot!

Excellent
We loved everything about the place. We had the best time being there. This location was the Best!! It was close to everything and the best part was close to the beach. We would love to come back again and get the same condo. This place is so cozy and very inviting and especially having your own front porch. We love it and coming back!!
