IMPORTANT: Children must be supervised at all times and may NEVER be near the pool or canal alone. There are stairs, a balcony and a 'loft area' upstairs that is NOT fenced (there is a railing only). Children MUST be supervised at all times.

All guests must be registered. For groups less than 7 guests, please let us know the number of bedrooms you plan to use during your stay at time of booking.

Rental rate includes an average usage of electricity of $ 50.00/week. Excess usage will be charged at $0.15/kwh (electric meter is read at check-in and check-out)

The boat lift has a boat on it, but there is sufficient space to tie a boat to the dock. Please note the garage is not included in the rental.
