Very clean, excellent layout with a great deck, perfect for our large group. Really appreciated the 5 showers! The weather was warm but every bedroom had a fan. Would definitely stay here again.

From booking till check Alyce and her family took care of me. My family and friends really enjoyed the beautiful house. Any questions I had were answered , the hospitality that was offered was off the charts.I booked this property for my wedding, my now wife was so happy that we were able to experience this property with our family and friends. Alyce answered any questions quickly. Our family of fourteen had room to gather or nooks to disappear for quiet time. The pool table was a big hit with several late evening tournaments!

The property is SUPER! It is alittle bit of a drive to get anywhere but it is a beautiful one so it was OK. The house itself was great,plenty of space for everyone,comfy beds and quiet spaces too. The fans in all the rooms were greatly appreciated. We had family from 83 to 4 years old and they all were very happy and we would stay here again

A few more wash cloths and towels and it would have been perfect. Not saying it wasn’t perfect just saying if that is the only “complaint” that I have then I highly recommend it to anyone else looking for enough space for a bigger group, very close to amenities but far enough away from the craziness. If we come back to Colorado again it would be hard not to consider coming back to stay here again. Thanks again from our family god bless.

This home was absolutely beautiful! My son was married at 1C barn across the road. It was so wonderful to have a place for family and friends to stay so close to the venue of the wedding. I highly recommend staying here for a family reunion.

Great stay in Colorado Springs. The house was warm and welcoming. Plenty of space for the 12 of us. Wonderful location- close to the city but in beautiful, serene setting. We really appreciated the toys (race track) for the toddler. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. Great communication! We would definitely stay here again.

Host was very accommodating, house had everything needed for our family reunion. Our teenage kids loved the entertainment area downstairs with the pool table and ping pong. If you're looking for a getaway from the daily city life this is exactly what it advertises - serene and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Great for families!

Wonderful location - plenty of room for families with different aged children. Kitchen easy for family dinners. Kids excited to see a fox, bear, and deer. Lots of room for baseball and tag games outside.

Great place for our large family!

Great place for our whole family to gather with plenty of space and room for all of us. My wife and I, our 4 married children, and 12 grandchildren absolutely enjoyed or stay at your house. The location is great for a lot of adventures and the house is very spacious and comfortable with some great morning and evening views!

Family of 15 Vacation

This is a great place for families! We enjoyed the space and house was a great fit for ages 75 to 2. Enjoyed the quiet mornings on the deck and the views! We would go back again!

Perfect large family home!

The house is beautiful with many unique a d beautiful features. Plenty of room for folks of all ages. We enjoyed the deck and game room. Owner is most accommodating and helpful.

Great space for family!

Family retreat 2022 is in the books and we could not have asked for a better space for our family to gather, enjoy meals together, laugh and make new memories. The kitchen is perfect when cooking for a large group. Would go back in a heartbeat!
