Welcome to Nonnie's Beach House! Steps away from Long Sands Beach and ocean views from the living room and ocean side balcony, this location is ideal for a fabulous family vacation!

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located on the second floor with open concept living and kitchen area. Step outside to the second story deck with views of the waves crashing on the beach! Sit on the couches, open up the windows and hear the water as well as the happiness of summer.

This condo offers parking for two cars – one car in the garage, one in the gravel parking area, a washer + dryer in the garage laundry room, gas grill & picnic area.

There are two comfortable bedrooms – one queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom for the kiddos, or request for the twins to be pushed together to make a King for two couples.

Nonni’s beach house

The location of the condo is great with the beach so close.. The listing on this property says it has AIr Conditioning.. It had one unit in the living room. The AC was vented out the front window.. That was blowing out with stale air so you couldn’t really enjoy sitting on the deck. Actually the vent hose fell off one day when we were out and it was super hot in there..My husband and his brother had to get it back together so we could get AC again. The two bedrooms had fans that really didn’t work well..It was very warm in those rooms.. I called salt &Shine and explained the issue.. They were very concerned so the next morning they had an AC unit brought into the condo. Thank you for that.. As far as cleanliness we felt it could be cleaner. The window blinds were so bad . Most of them were broken.. Some of the windows had nothing so we had to hang towels for privacy.. Salt & Shine were very accommodating..and great to deal with.

Surfers Delight

From the front deck you can see the surf. Yet it’s located off the main drag of Long Sands. I went to surf and do some writing, it was perfect.

Long Sands Beach is practically your front yard if you book this property! This place has all the comforts of home plus beach gear! The beds and couches are very comfortable. We will definitely return!

Perfect Getaway

The location cannot be beat. You get a view of the ocean without being on the main road with all the noise/traffic. The unit itself is perfect, has everything you need from soft towels, to all the necessary kitchen utensils. We had a few minor issues during our stay and the hosts responded immediately via text and what could have been an inconvenience was nothing more than something to laugh at down the road. I will stay here again and you should too ;)
