Welcome to Smooth Sailing, a stunning six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom coastal home, just a quick stroll to the gorgeous sands and tranquil waters at Lido Beach, featuring a tropical backyard oasis with a private pool with a waterslide and hot tub and a rooftop deck with beautiful Gulf views. With upscale shops and restaurants minutes away at St. Armands Circle, Smooth Sailing is perfectly located for you to indulge in lazy beach days and evenings of fine dining and entertainment.

The main living area has a fabulous seating area with two sofas, two opulent chairs, a tv, and the chef’s kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a luxe suite of stainless steel appliances and a large island with countertop seating. Dine indoors at the formal dining room table or on the main balcony, and afterward, mix up some tropical drinks at the wet bar in the kitchen and head up for a private sunset viewing on the rooftop deck overlooking the Gulf, Lido Key, and Sarasota.

Use the elevator for easy access to any of the six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms - unpack your beachwear and dive into a luxury island vacation. The third-floor primary suite has a private balcony and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an enclosed shower with a soaking tub. Four of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and some have balcony/rooftop acccess. The sixth bedroom was designed with the younger guests in mind and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. There is a second family room and an additional bathroom with a shower and tub combination on the third floor, and on the main floor, there is a laundry room and a half bath.

This home is part of our Property Manager Program, so if you need dining reservations, a fishing charter, an airport transfer, grocery delivery set up, your Property Manager can help arrange this for you. It is exclusive, and our services are inclusive of your reservation and designed to make your stay a completely carefree and perfect experience. We also include beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, and a beach cart to make it easy for you and your family to head to the beaches or Lido Key. If you want privacy, with only the sounds of the waves lapping the shore, while you sit on the now World Famous White Sand Beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key then this is your vacation home. If you want all of this, and your own Property Manager, who will handle all guest relations before, during, and after your stay, then this is your home.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.

This property has an active Ring doorbell and additional video surveillance on the pool equipment only.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.
