House as advertised. Due to recent storms couldnt see anything from the downstairs patio so really only upstairs was used but it was beautiful. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds comfy. Well equipped kitchen. .

Perfect location, close to Newport Pier and Lido, great for a family holiday. Great beach view and equipment provided , bikes were very handy. Jason was cooperative and responsive ; thanks very much for a great stay

This Newport Beach property was ideal for our family of 2 grandparents, 3 adults and 2 grandchildren. Beach front was so convenient to enjoy the beach but easily and quickly go back to the house as needed. The 2 levels gave privacy as desired.The ocean view from the second level balcony was ideal, with enough overhang shade. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with equipment.Beach equipment was plentiful.Home was tastefully decorated and furnished.Manager was easy to reach and responded to some initial glitches. These were remedied ASAP.

Loved the stay at this prime location on Newport Beach. Especially loved the Roku on the TVs which was helpful with the kids. Also all of the beach equipment was very helpful!

I absolutely loved working with Jason. He was easy to talk to the place was absolutely gorgeous. Easy to check in easy to check out well worth the money. I would highly recommend this place beautiful

This house was awesome. Great location. The house was clean and everything was in working order. Plenty of closet, drawers and cabinet space. We had great communication with the host Jason. Loved being right on the beach!

Excellent stay. Loved the house, patio, beautiful view of the beach. Great collection of beach gear that was well maintained and helpful. One bike chain (of the 3 bikes) was broken from the previous guests but they’re fixing that. Overall fantastic and easy experience! Will hopefully return there again.

You will love the simplicity, cleanliness and the views this beach home provides. The communication from reservation to leaving was professional and timely. My wife and I came to celebrate our 40th anniversary and this home was perfect. We will be back again soon!!

We were very disappointed that we were not informed before booking about the significant construction noise from two house renovation projects next door. This had a considerable impact on our stay and should have been disclosed in advance.

I am sorry to hear about your experience Andreas. All the homes are very close together down there and as I mentioned to you, I was unaware that construction had started. The home under construction is two houses down and the city ensures that they are only working during normal business hours and not on Saturday and Sunday. We are truly sorry but we do not have control over other owners improving their properties. Our hopes are that you can come visit us again in the future for a different experience.
