Nice place full of comfortable antique furniture Bed was especially comfortable and worth mentioning. Will stay again next time I’m in town.

Maria and Mike have created such a warm, welcoming, and cozy place. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor was beautiful and thoughtfully curated. I also loved being able to walk next door for an excellent dinner. You can tell how much care Maria and Mike have put into creating such a special place. I would happily stay again!

Mike and Maria have a perfect, charming home away from home! Great location (only 18 minutes away from Mohawk Valley Mining) in a quaint neighborhood!

The layout of the place was great and fits the needs of a 2 bedroom apt well. Our mini aussie enjoyed his ability to keep eyes and ears on all rooms from one spot. Between Stewart's and Dollar General one can easily get any needed items. We travel to this area often and would love to stay at this site if available.

Great place to stay! The place was wonderful with modern amenities, coffee and tea, but best of all was the flexibility and great communication Maria provided when an emergency came up (that had nothing to do with the lovely accommodations). Highly recommend!

Stayed there two times this year and will not hesitate to stay there again. Air conditioning in August and heat was on for our last stay. Immaculate rental.

Stayed here while my son played baseball at All Star Village. Great little spot away from the craziness of baseball. Super cute and clean!

If you stay here, be sure to make your way out to Mike and Maria’s lavender farm on Slate Rd. It’s a beautiful spot, and Mike and Maria are wonderfully kind and engaging hosts. The apartment was in a convenient location for us, and everything we needed was there.

Cozy Loft

We enjoyed our stay at the loft. The loft was cute, clean and spacious. We were in the area playing baseball at Cooperstown and the drive was beautiful. Sharon Springs is an adorable town and I recommend shopping at Sharon Sprigs and eating at Brimstone Bakery.

Perfect hosts in a great town

We had a wonderful time in Sharon Springs. Mike and Maria were such lovely hosts and made our family feel so welcome. Our young daughters even had the chance to go pick fresh lavender at their farm! Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect spot to accomplish our mission that wkend.

This was a location between 2 places my friend would be going to for celebrating a Vietnamese wedding and it proved to be the perfect place for that. Lovely accommodations, convenient to dining in all ranges and the time of year just put color on our cheeks as we looked at the incredible colors all around us of God's beautiful handiwork!

Perfect Family Friendly Getaway

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay with our 5 year old son. We had plenty of room to spread out and a large yard to play in. The hostess Maria was more than accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Cooperstown Visit

Very cute loft was perfect for our visit to Cooperstown. Plenty of space for family time and two separate bedrooms. Host was very quick to respond with questions.
