This Donner Lake cottage is a treat for anyone looking for the perfect summer getaway. On the first floor, there is the kitchen, living room, bathroom (with washer and dryer), and dining area. On the second floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms.

DOWNSTAIRS
The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with everything you would need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal! The dining area fits 4 comfortably with additional 3 bar stools at our live edge bar top in the kitchen. The breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy breakfast or acts as additional seating to the dining area.

Our living room has two brand new, very comfortable couches that center around the gas fireplace. There is also a big screen TV, perfect for snuggling up after a long day at the lake and enjoying a movie with friends or family.

We have one large bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a toilet, vanity, and stacked washer and dryer which is available for use during your stay.

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor up a small set of stairs. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. We also have a trundle bed (2 single mattresses) in that bedroom. The second bedroom has two full beds. Both bedrooms have "smart" tv's mounted on the wall.

Our home is fit for 4 adults (maximum) or a family of 6.

We live in a quiet lake community. Absolutely no parties or events. Please respect quiet hours.

Please note that this rental does require purchasing short term vacation rental insurance for stays up to 29 nights (reservations longer than 29 nights will need to discuss insurance options with Tahoe Cohost Collective prior to booking). The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury, if the fee has been paid. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Tahoe Cohost Collective will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.

Due to an allergy in our family, we unfortunately cannot permit service animals in the home.

There are 3 parking spots in front of the cabin. Guests cannot park blocking driveway to rear cabin. Signs are in place with these instructions.

Please note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are far and few between, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try and accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
