This accommodation is warm and well equipped. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay!
It can accommodate 2 people and is ideal for a couple. It is composed of a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed; a functional kitchen; a shower room; and a living room with a television to relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Oven, Television
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is located near everything you may need on a daily basis: various bars, restaurants and shops!
For your small shopping, you will find an "ALDI" and a "Carrefour express", respectively at 6 minutes and 7 minutes of walk.
You will also be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!

The Bordeaux Center neighborhood is the reflect of the Bordeaux elegance. District of the famous Bordeaux « Golden Triangle », the Bordeaux Great Hotel, the Great Theater and the « Public Garden », it highlights every asset of a regional metropolis, of a prestigious city, steeped in history . The most beautiful buildings are there, the great brands and professionals argue for a location. Bordeaux and its agglomeration are entirely linked to the Quinconces place.
This district has two faces, one of a rich cultural heritage accompagne by a family and peaceful atmosphere, and one of an administrative, commercial and touristic core, as well as more lively areas where many bars or restaurants are concentrated. The pedestrian streets are very pleasant and the tramway makes it possible to move quickly within the city.

It is also a very student-focused area with universities and the Carreire University Campus.
