Great spot

This was a great place to stay. Perfect for our family of 4. Having the pool was great for when we wanted to take a break from the beach.

Santa Rosa Beach

We couldn’t have been happier with the condo. It was clean and decorated beautifully. It is an easy walk to the beach and places to eat. We can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice and clean unit, short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Excellent communication with the host when we had an issue with check-in. Adequate supplies provided for our stay. Everything was clean and in good woking condition.

Clean and comfy!

My husband and I enjoyed this property so much! We usually visit 30A once or twice a year and have stayed in a variety of places in the area. This was one of the best. It was very clean, furnished and in a great location. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice, new condo on desirable 30a location

We stayed for a weekend & enjoyed the location, the condo size (perfect for the 2 of us), the stretch of beach it is near, and how it is a bit away from the more crowded parts of 30a. We would stay there again, and next time would rent or bring bikes.

Awesome Condo!!

Wonderful unit and location close to the beach. We stayed for three nights with two teens and the unit was perfect size ! Thank you for letting us check in early on our arrival date to allow us more time at the beach with impending weather the following days. Very happy with our stay ! Thank you for the great communication as well !

Great for families

This place was great for kids because of the zero entry pool. We did need a golf cart for transport to the beach, just a little too far for our 4 and 5 year old. Needed a little more places to put clothes and an additional chair/couch to sit on for watching TV. The staff was super responsive to all of our needs.

A golf cart is definitely the most fun way to get to the beach, and this condo complex is lucky because there is a golf cart rental shop right across the street (which we provide a discount code in our welcome packet for, which I hope you used!). Perfect Family stay on 30a

We stayed here with our two young sons. The unit was very clean, organized and just as advertised. The walk to Spooky Lane beach access was only 5-6 minutes. Convenient first floor access. Only recommendation is to bring extra blankets... AC cranks cold!

We are so disappointed to see we did not earn the 5 ⭐️ review we strive for. I wish we would have been notified about the bathroom door, as we are extremely responsive and could have had our handyman out to fix JR immediately. Because no other feedback was provided we will assume all other aspects of your trip went well!

Excellent condo in Sweet Spot of 30A

Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can be arranged. I parked in the handicapped spot for the next building over. Thank you for running a honest condo business.

Nice little getaway

We were able to get away for a few short days without our kids. This unit was so nice and clean! Shows exactly as it does within the photos. The unit is located in a great area between Gulf Place and Blue Mountain Beach. So close to many great restaurants and of course the beach. The owners were very thorough in their details which made it very helpful upon arriving. The beach fills up quickly so if you want a spot up close you better go early. We rented beach chairs and they can start putting those out around 8:00 AM. A couple of suggestions would be to have some tupperware and extra hooks in the bathroom to hang wet swimsuits and towels. Hidden Lakes is great so get it while you can!! Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to come and stay and we look forward to our next trip!
