Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

Located in the heart of Destin, FL is SunDestin Beach Resort. This large property boasts many amenities, including an outdoor and indoor pool, where you can take a break from the sand. Take a dip in our outdoor hot tub to relax, or sit in the sauna for a while. Get a quick workout in the fitness center, and enjoy the on-site restaurant. A few of the seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, a splash pad, and beach chairs and umbrellas that can be rented for an additional fee.

SunDestin 1204 is a bright and airy one-bedroom condo with sleeping for six guests. When you walk in, you’ll see the bedroom with a king bed and a TV. A full bath can be accessed from the bedroom and a half bath is accessible from the hall for guest convenience. Twin bunks are in the hallway- they’re great for kids. Walk into the common area and find the open kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The dining room table seats four and the living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. This one-bedroom rental has everything you need for a great Destin escape.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Just minutes from Sundestin is the Destin Harbor, where there’s plenty of ways to enjoy the best part of the Emerald Coast - the gorgeous waters.
