You’ll find the SunDestin Unit 1616 to be a bright and cheerful one bedroom condo accommodating up to four. Catch a game on one of two large flat-screen televisions, either in the living room or bedroom, or rent complimentary DVD’s! You’ll enjoy preparing meals in this fully-appointed, pristine kitchen with breakfast-bar. Three can dine on plush stools at the bar or relish meals at the dining table with seating for four. No view is a bad one in this unit as beautiful views abound from the living, dining and sleeping areas. Rise from the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and step directly out onto the balcony (seating for two) to catch the sunrise. You can enjoy sleeping in a King-sized bed in the master bedroom. There is also a queen-sized sofa in the living room that sleeps two.

Centrally located in the heart of Destin, SunDestin Beach Resort is minutes away from the Destin-Fort Walton Beach airport and a ten-minute drive from several local attractions and dining establishments.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
