Do NOT stay here

When we arrived there was a vehicle in the driveway that had no tags and took up most of the driveway thank goodness we were only 1 vehicle. No big deal we can get over that but then we go in and the place is dirty food crumbs in the fridge microwave was dirty bathroom mirror had tooth paste on it and the list could go on, his defense was he cleaned it himself and took the cleaning fee. No professional cleaner cleans here and definitely not sanitized to standards to protect you from other people’s germs! The main reason I wouldn’t stay here is because the host seems to live there when not in use. I know his doctors apt that were posted on the fridge and personal items all threw out the house. Seems to be his personal towels along with his personal hygiene products as well. With that being said you might get a scare when his family or friends come barging in the door yelling his name and looking for him (yes this happened). He will not budge on a discount or refund for any of this uncomfortable situation that we were stuck in for 2 days because we had no where else to go. The host also lives local so beware he might as well show up and join you on the couch. I own a cleaning business for STRs and this is unacceptable the way this STR is being run!! It honestly needs to be taken off this STR rentals. Oh and VRBO most definitely won’t help you in this case! BEWARE DONT stay here!!!!! Worst experience in my 15 years of renting and cleaning STRs!

Highly recommend for an enjoyable, relaxing getaway.

Our group had an amazing weekend getaway. We will definitely rent this house again for a future trip. The house was clean and fully stocked for every day needs, the beds were very comfy, and the pool was a huge plus and well used. Perfect location if you plan to go river tubing, yet, a nice quite location. Right behind the house was a huge open field filled with cows who would come right up to the fence, the kids LOVED it! My only con to this house would be everyone having to share one bathroom, but we made it work, and it's not a deal breaker. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous house with us, and we can't wait to be back!

Amazing weekend getaway!

We choose this house because it is very close to rainbow river. It is in a very cute serene neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and the pool was amazing! We even had a visit from some cows in the backyard. I would definitely recommend this house. We had 2 teenagers that loved it also. The host Rick was very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you!!

Nice pool

We spent 2 days here so we could go down Rainbow River following a scalloping trip in Crystal River. We chose this house for the location and pool. We enjoyed the pool area. The beds were also comfortable & Rick was quick to respond to the messages. Only cons to the trip was the ice machine not working so we had to buy ice at the gas station, and also arriving and finding an RV parked in the driveway with the slides out & running. It appeared someone may have been staying there which was a little unsettling, but we never saw anyone. It just posed a bit of an issue as it wasn’t noted when we reserved the house and we had a boat and trailer to park plus 2 additional vehicles.

The home was easy to find the neighborhood n neighbor where nice..the pool refreshing and the owner was great and easy to communicate with..will definitely do this again .
