This condo has everything you could possibly need. A King sized bed, flat screen televisions in bedroom, living room, and a Multi-use (office/bedroom combo). This bedroom has a queen bed and Desk/Chair, Living room couch, arm chair. You tube TV streaming service (in living and master bedroom, WiFi, and stackable washer and dryer in the unit. There isn't anything you will need that isn't already here. There is a wonderful wrap around patio with love seat, 4 chairs table so you can sit out and enjoy the golfers trying to achieve their dream.

Close to the best in Scottsdale!

We stayed for an extended stay, Damon the host met us at the property, and was a great host. Communication was good, property clean. It isn't fancy, but really comfortable, has all you need, and everything works great. Patio on first floor big, with a great view of golf course. Watched a glowball tourney that was fun one lovely night. Unit is close to Old Town and the greenbelts. We are cyclist, and so it was wonderful. We biked to several Spring Baseball games. Salt River Fields, Sloan Park, all nearby. The gym is wonderful, and pools nice as well.

Listing is Accurate

This was an excellent rental, a corner unit, on the golf course! The pictures accurately reflect the unit, and nice appointments throughout. The Master Bedroom is a California King, and the mattress the best I have slept on in years. It is a quite development, and close to everything. Location, location, location

I love this place. Everything about it is perfect. Golf course right off the patio. Everything is exactly as pictured, no crazy surprises and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The condo is a short distance from the parking lot so you don't hear (or see) traffic. I work overnights so I sleep during the day, never had an issue. Very peaceful. Check-in was simple, keyless. Damon responded quickly to any questions that I had. Close to Chaparral Park with paved trails for walking, biking, etc. Oh, and then there's downtown Scottsdale, which speaks for itself-literally 2 miles away. You will not regret staying here-highly recommended!!

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

This condo is in the perfect location, right on the Continental Golf Course (public course), and a few miles to Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Old Town Scottsdale and a short uber ride to the "entertainment district" (nightclubs/restaurants, lounges you name it) if you enjoy that. Baseball is definitely the biggest draw in March in which The SF Giants, Diamondbacks, Rockies, A's and Angles are a short drive.

This is actually a two bedroom unit, however, second bedroom is set up as an office/bedroom combo with a queen sized bed and desk and chair. The property has a huge wrap around patio, two great pool, state of the art workout facility and did I mention on the golf course...ha
