This is another special by Thea and Andrew. We cater to discerning couples or couples with a small child who appreciate the finer things and and will always in turn take care of our property.
This condo is NORTH OCEAN CITY, ocean block, exactly 118 steps to the sand! You have an ocean view from the big, balcony with plenty of comfy seating. The building only has 40 units and there is an elevator. There is plenty of parking and no assigned parking space.
This unit has a full size washer and dryer and 2 full bathrooms.
There is a beach locker for all your sandy gear on the ground level.
Walking distance to so many restaurants in the area including the grocery store in Montego Bay shopping center.
This unit will not disappoint!!

Ocean City

Everything was clean and ready at check-in. No problems with check-in or staying at the condo. The area was quiet and close to the water. The walk to the beach was easy and a short distance. But, in all my years of using VRBO I have never arrived to find not a single sheet of toilet paper. I should have asked more questions about what I needed to bring!

Lovely stay

Condo was immaculate and just the right size for 2 people. One block from the beach so quite convenient. Communication with owner was easy and he always responded quickly. Will be back next year.

it was clean and comfortable. easy walk to the beach, tho you'd need to take giant steps to get there in 118 steps.

Great location and vacation in N. Ocean City, MD

Nice, clean, convenient condo, well equipped and appointed, close to the beach (w/i 100 steps of the beach!) in N. Ocean City, MD. Owners were very accessible and accommodating throughout our stay. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation and this site was perfect!

A perfect week in OCMD

My husband and I wanted a week at the beach and we chose Ocean City. This condo was perfect! This was the 2nd year we stayed at this property but the first time at this condo. Check in was seamless, the condo was spotless and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, steps from the beach and restaurants. Andrew was extremely responsive but honestly everything was perfect so we really didn't have to chat at all during the week we were there! We will definitely be back and we will definitely stay at this condo again!

We live in Maryland and we love Maryland. Thea was born and raised In the USA and Andrew was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. We have one daughter and one German Shepherd Sammie. We love real estate and remodeling and especially making our clients and visitors happy! We want them to fall in love with Ocean City like we have.
