The Master bedroom boasts a king bed, a 52" flat screen TV, and a private bath with shower. The Guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on the upper level, a 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The dining room can comfortably seat 6 guests, with 3 additional breakfast bar stools for extra seating. Island Club 1106 also features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

The living room provides ample seating and an additional 55" flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the private balcony, which offers stunning views of the ocean.

Guests of Island Club 1106 can take advantage of the 3 terraced pools, a large lagoon for catch and release fishing, a playground, basketball courts, and on-site bike rentals and fitness center. There are also multiple grilling areas, a zero-entry baby pool with a mushroom fountain, and 1 hour per day of free tennis at any of the 9 tennis courts. The beach is easily accessible via the Atlantis 1 Beach Path, located just in front of the Atlantis Building.

The Island Club Resort is conveniently located near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Hilton Head Island has to offer, making it an ideal vacation destination for visitors seeking a fun and quality experience. This villa sleeps up to 7 guests and offers free WiFi, with a limit of one vehicle and parking pass required. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property, and no pets are allowed.

Great property and very close access to the beach. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Inside of property could use a deep cleaning and beds/pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our accommodations. The unit was very clean and attractive. We were just a short walk to the beach, and the beach could be seen from our unit. Lots of room for kids because the second bedroom has a queen bed plus bunk beds with a double on the bottom. The Updated appliances and a modern kitchen was great. I would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I submitted a review on 4/18/23. Overall my family and I were pleased with the unit, the location within the resort and the resort itself. There were a few issues we encountered during our stay: TV in guest bedroom did not have cable hooked up and lacked a remote for the cable, no beach towels were provided as stated in the welcome letter, and the bathtub in the guest bathroom drained very slowly during our entire stay. I had left a email and voicemail regarding these issues on Sunday and I never received a response. Besides these issues, we did enjoy our stay and would use the rental services in the future.
