We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Sèvres, this charming flat of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 3rd and last floor of a small condominium (no lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The south-facing flat is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with videoprojector, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Outside :
- A shared garden located on the back side of the building, with garden furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A shared wooded terrace of 8 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, fan, iron.

The flat is ideally located in Sèvres, in a very pleasant, quiet environment close to transport. You will also be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Sèvres is located 14 km from Paris, 8 km from the Château de Versailles, 4 km from Boulogne Billancourt (Bois de Boulogne, Fondation Vuitton Museum, Landowski Museum, Paul Belmondo Museum, Parc des Princes...) and close to the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre.
