Downstairs you will enjoy a second comfortable living area with three (3) sofas, one of which is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This area has a big-screen TV, a pool table, a foosball table, assorted games, a monitor in the bunk room for gamers, a bar area, a full bathroom with dual quartz vanities, a bunk room that sleeps 4, and a second deck with a hot tub.
