This home offers a 6-person golf cart, for guest rental! The fee to rent the golf cart is $700+tax per stay.

BEACH ACCESS:
The Blue Mountain Regional Access(0.5mi) has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
**Tents are allowed on public beaches along 30a at regional access points. Tents must be 10' x 10' or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, still allowing for a 15' distance from the dunes for emergency vehicles. **

MAIN HOUSE:
Guest Bedroom #1 is located on 1st floor- Two custom built-in twin over twin bunk beds with exterior door access
Master Bedroom is located on 2nd floor- King bed w/ ensuite bathroom- shower/tub combo, double vanities
Guest Bedroom #2 is located on 2nd floor- Queen bed w/ ensuite bathroom- shower/tub combo, single vanity
Guest Bedroom #3 is located on 3rd floor- Queen bed w/ ensuite bathroom- walk-in shower, single vanity
There is a full bathroom located on the 1st floor with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Washer and dryer are also located on the 1st floor of the home.

CARRIAGE HOUSE:
The private 1BR/BTH carriage house is located above the garage with a separate entrance. The kitchen comes equipped with a cooktop, mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, sink and lots of cabinets for storage. The living room has a convertible pull out sleeper sofa, large screen tv, and reclining chair. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and single vanity. The bedroom features a iron sleigh style queen bed.

PARKING:
This home will accommodate up to 3 vehicles (depending on size). Overflow parking is available free of charge in a designated overflow parking lot that is located inside the gated entrance.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older to Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
