The Faisanderie apartment has undergone a complete renovation by an interior architect, resulting in a modern and elegant space. The new high-end furniture has been tastefully chosen to create a refined atmosphere.

It is perfectly suitable for a couple looking to have a comfortable tourist or business stay. Additionally, the accommodation is also suitable for a single couple or a couple with young children. There is an additional single bed in the master bedroom. We can also provide a baby crib upon request for an additional fee.

The apartment offers a spacious and sunny living room, featuring a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a coffee table, creating an ideal relaxation area. A dining area is also present, with a fully equipped open gallery kitchen. This kitchen is perfectly equipped to meet all your culinary needs.

The location of this apartment is ideal for your stay in the 16th arrondissement. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony with a street view, allowing you to enjoy the urban scene. Furthermore, the bedroom has an en-suite shower room, offering privacy and convenience. The apartment is also equipped with a separate toilet for added comfort.

## Neighborhood

The 16th arrondissement of Paris is an affluent and prestigious neighborhood known for its elegant architecture, upscale atmosphere, and popular attractions. It is divided into Passy, Muette, Porte Dauphine, and Chaillot neighborhoods. Passy offers luxury boutiques on Rue de Passy and beautiful parks like Jardin du Ranelagh. Muette is home to diplomatic residences and the expansive Bois de Boulogne park. Porte Dauphine features the Palais de Tokyo and the iconic Place du Trocadéro. Chaillot houses the Palais de Chaillot with its museums. Living on Faisanderie Street, you'll be surrounded by luxury and have easy access to the Eiffel Tower and other notable landmarks.

Guests can reach the property from both CDG and Orly airports via public transportation (up to a 2-hour ride) or opt for our shuttle service (additional cost).

## Notes

The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival. In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash.

Please note that a section of the apartment building is currently undergoing temporary renovations indoors. The communal areas are covered by flooring protection due to the ongoing renovation work. This does not impact the apartment you are booking.

Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease):
- 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall)
- 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational)
- proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account.
A mobility lease (Bail Mobilité) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.
