This cabin was perfect for my husband, dog and I. Everything you needed in the kitchen and tucked away in the woods with the relaxing sounds of the river behind the house. The cabin was in a very convenient location for Ohiopyle exploration and hiking. Would stay again!

Property was exactly as advertised - it was such a nice stay, and the environment around the house is amazing. You can see the creek from the back porch. There are plenty of towels and the outlets are labeled which was a big help! I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. Great location right next to a stream. We spent a lot of time in the front room just watching the water go by. Nice and quiet and private. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Allowing dogs was a huge bonus. Convenient to all the outdoor activities in the area. Would definitely come back.

Great getaway

Had a lovely time exploring the property, the cabin was cozy and kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Location was nearby to hiking, waterfalls, a small town. Recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Great place

The place was so cute. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The little trails and the tire swing kept the kids happy when we weren't out doing other things . We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet cozy cabin

Wonderful cabin. Right on the stream with plenty of trails and a yard for the kids and dogs. Very close to several ski areas. A very relaxing place.

Wonderful cabin and property

We loved staying at this cabin for a week. Very comfortable, great location, great property. Check in and communication with the owners was easy. The kids loved that the creek ran right behind the cabin and made boats to race. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great Cabin in the Woods

Really enjoyed the stream flowing in the backyard and the porch. Beds were suitable, but the one bedroom is extremely small, even for a teenager. This place was terrific for our one-night stay to visit Fallingwater (about 24 minutes away).

A wonderful stay!

We loved this cabin retreat - the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and pots/pans so we were able to cook many meals in house. My son spent hours each day in the creek fishing and exploring. The location is great; close to Fallingwater, Laurel Caverns, the natural water slides, etc. Overall, we would definitely come back and stay again.

Peaceful stay

This property is beautiful! The house is cozy. We just loved the enclosed porch to look out at the running creek behind the house! We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy more of the outdoors.

Awesome getaway

This cabin is awesome. It's clean, cute, and cozy. There's a creek and a walking path through the property, and it's a great location for those looking to explore the local parks.

Overnight get away

Nice relaxing evening, went to ohiopyle for a 5 mile hike, than came back had dinner, and enjoyed the porch and peaceful evening, got up went for 6 mile hike than back to relax before leaving, overall lovely place , just as advertised, would definitely go back!

Perfect at the End of the Day

We loved this property. Our 3 and 5yo girls loved the little creek and the playground out front. We were on the enclosed back porch anytime we were not out exploring or dining. It was perfect for the 4 days we were there.

Cute comfortable family college

The cottage was great. As described with a new king mattress. It is wonderful set up and property for adventures 4 children's.

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 large dogs. Yard was perfect for the dogs and it was so nice hearing the stream from inside the house. We even used the fireplace as it got a little chilly. Warmed the cabin right up! Enjoyed seeing both Kentuck Knob and Fallingwater. We will definitely be visiting again to explore more of the area!

Ohiopyle Family Vacation

We were looking for a quiet, cozy place to call home for a week and came across the Bear Paw. With the creek in the back, the large front yard, an awesome tire swing, and the ability to bring the dog this one was a winner. Sharon was great in providing activity ideas and suggestions and was always responsive. We plan to return!

As advertised

The photos give an accurate view of the cabin. We loved listening to the creek. The king bed was amazing! My husband has a bad back and slept like a baby.
