THE SETTING and THE AMBIANCE
The COUNTRYSIDE house is a family house, ideal for vacations in the countryside located in Arcangues. 10 minutes from the center of Biarritz. Wood is omnipresent in the villa, and fits perfectly with the soft and natural tones selected to create a cosy and warm atmosphere.
 
THE VILLA
You will enter the villa through the living room located on the first level. The space is composed of a large dining room, a living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. The COUNTRYSIDE house is a house where you feel good in summer and winter. In summer you can enjoy the covered terrace around the pool and the garden.

THE ROOMS
The house has 4 bedrooms.
The master suite is located on the same level as the living room and consists of a sleeping area, a dressing room and a bathroom with an Italian shower and a bathtub.
An additional double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a shower room. It has a lot of storage space.
The two other bedrooms are on the first floor, the first one is a children's bedroom with two single beds, a baby bed and a shower room; the second one is a double bedroom with dressing room and shower room.
 
 
PRACTICAL SIDE
On the practical side, note that the villa is equipped with a superb plancha for your outdoor meals, but also with a swimming pool and a garden overlooking nature.

 
 
WHAT WE LOVE
We love the general atmosphere of the villa and the soft tones chosen for its decoration (the tiles of the entrance are superb!!!). We also notice its beautiful swimming pool.
 
 
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in Arcangues at less than 10 minutes walk from Biarritz. The proximity of the Docks de la Négresse area is a big plus for this property, you will find everything you need (restaurant, café, bakery, butcher, fruits and vegetables). The nearest beach is Marbella or Ilbarritz, 12-15 minutes by car. You can also easily reach the beaches of the Basque Coast, or the Milady beach in less than 15 minutes. You will also be close to the Golf of Arcangues, Bassussarry.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME CONDITIONS
As a general rule, the arrivals in the accommodations are from 4 pm to 7 pm, and the departures from 8 am to 10 am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee is applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - 50€.
From 10pm to midnight - 80€.
From midnight to 6am - 120€.
From 6am to 8am - 80€.
