You have access to the entire second and third floor of the home.
Other Things to Note:
This home is pet-friendly, however, there's going to be a $350 pet fee. Also, please know that the maximum pets allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a pet you must let us know prior to your stay and your pet shall never be left unattended in the property.
This monthly listing does have a reasonable utility allowance of $250/month during the winter months (Nov 1 - May 1)
