This property was as listed. I would recommend they check up on their cleaning crews. The management was responsive to our concerns. The building is not quiet, but not management’s fault. There was a poor kiddo that coughed excessively every morning and evening. I wanted to go up and give him our daughter’s inhaler. He coughed for hours. This made it difficult to enjoy the patio. The patio is shared so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the screen doors open at night. You have your own chairs, but other units’ doors open up to same area. As listed, the unit is not air conditioned and due to the way it’s situated, there is no breeze, so no benefit to leaving the windows open.They do provide a portable AC unit in the master which helps. Our daughter stayed in the other room and was miserable even with a fan. It is a good location and we did feel safe. There are homeless that sleep on the beach and in the park next door, but they never bothered anyone. There is a musty smell so bring air freshener if you are bothered. Our daughter also has a mold allergy so she did have a flare. I will say this is the first VRBO that didn’t make us start a load of laundry and do a bunch of other housekeeping tasks before we left, so that was nice. We just put our dishes away and took the trash out. I won’t stay here again as we found some other vacation rentals that we liked better but this one is OK for a place to sleep.
