Beach vacay

House was just as pictured. Checkin was easy. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Few minute walk to the beach.

Great house and location

I would definitely stay here again. The location is a short couple blocks to the beach, and the house is on a corner lot. The house was super clean and well-maintained. Thomas Vacations was very responsive to a minor issue we had on our first day. Highly recommend this property and Thomas Vacations realty.

Our beach house

We didn’t have twin size sheets to put on the beds . We felt the sheets needed to be on the beds as well. Overall we enjoyed it . Our granddaughter kept calling it “ our beach house” she loved her room.

We were very disappinged with our stay to say the least. We have been. Booking our vacations through vrbo for years and this was the worst property we have booked.Upon arrival the cleaning crew was still at the house sitting the couch while my family was coming it. It was very unprofessional.The downstairs restroom was inaccessible for our entire stay, and despite multiple complaints to the homeowner and Thomas rentals no one came to fix it.The main reason we booked this property was for the canal access to fish but the deck was extremely unsafe with loose nails, my son in law even scraped his foot on a rusted nail. And the stairs to the water were broken making the canal completely inaccessible. Lastly the sliding glass door to the deck did not lock which was a major safety concern since we had young children traveling with us.Overall this property was not as advertised and the maintenance and safety issues significantly impacted our stay.

This is an amazing property. The only thing that is needs is some chairs on the porches.

Family vacation in Cherry Grove

Spent a week with our extended family at "Miracle on 34th". Great location only a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to grocery, ice cream, novelty stores and restaurants. Although the pool is small it was perfect for our young grandson and for socializing while staying cool! Had a dining chair break while we were there but Thomas Vacations' representative responded quickly when we notified them.
