The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedrooms are delightfully furnished with double beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The en suite bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Note that it has no independent entrance, only through the bedroom.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

There are also plenty of restaurants and bars, such as La Bellevilloise, Le Chalet Savoyard, Café de l'Industrie, Chez Janou, UGC Lyon Bastille, Cuba Compagnie Café, and LE COSY PICPUS. Cafes like Chez Prosper are also close by.

The Philippe Auguste station is only 1 minute away, and the Alexandre Dumas station is just 4 minutes away. Additionally, Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 2.4 km away, Gare de l'Est station is 3.4 km away, and Gare du Nord station is 4.2 km away. This is an ideal location to explore the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
