The 2nd arrondissement is located at the peninsula's southern end, formed by the Saône and the Rhône. It’s a bit like the heart of Lyon, one of the shopping districts with many pedestrian shops and the largest square in Europe, Place Bellecour, with the famous statue of Louis XIV in the centre. Part of this district, in the South, has just seen the birth of the famous "Confluence" project, an urban renewal project in the hyper centre of Lyon with brand new housing, offices and shopping centres.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Lyon-Perrache train station, is just a 20-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).%r%n%r%nThere is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
