Very close to the beach. Less crowded area made it an excellent place to relax. Had all the amenities to make our stay pleasant.

Nice ocean front property on a beautiful, long beach. Condo is very well appointed (although would be nice to have more than two wine glasses). Snorkel equipment was a big plus. Outside terrace is nice but would be better if the cleaning crew wiped down the chairs, table and tile floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed breakfast on the lani with beautiful beachfront views. Collin and Kevin were easy to communicate with and the condo had everything we needed and more, from beach chairs and snorkel gear to coffee and plenty of Tupperware to bring the best local snacks down by the pool to enjoy all day long! The location was perfect if you want to be able to walk along the amazing sand sugar beach and be close to town! We loved that it wasn't super touristy but we were able to head to all the fun spots when we wanted! We will definitely be saving Collin and Kevin's place to book next time we are back!

Has covered parking, a definite plus! A million dollar view, and the ac keeps it nice and cool. Very well appointed, has everything you need

Great beachfront stay!

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom beachfront condo. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, listening to the waves and the breeze. Easy to get to town for restaurants and shopping.

Relaxing

Amazing view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach. We loved the view from the condo....wonderful! We also liked the central location of the resort, making it easy to access different parts of the island. The hosts were easy to deal with and the newly remodeled condo was lovely. We would recommend this condo.

Our Beautiful Week

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was in this beautiful Sugar Beach resort property. The process was simple getting in and out, the hosts were phenomenal to work with, and the property manager was easy to get in touch with. The location is absolutely perfect and we plan on staying here again when we return to Maui the next time.

Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It’s beautiful, clean, in a great location and it had beach supplies that helped us enjoy our stay even more. The resort is very family oriented and we will definitely come here again. The owners were great to work with and communicated very well. I recommend this location and condo for anyone coming to visit Maui.

The whales were great

The condo was great just as advertised. Location location is everything and this place has it closes to all sections of the island. Spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the whales bring you binoculars.

Great experience

Our condo was super clean with modern amenities and easy check in/out process. We enjoyed sitting on the nice lanai watching the beautiful ocean. We plan on coming back in the future and trying to stay in this condo!

Great unit, great location & view

We've stayed in 10 different locations around Kihei over time and this was the best view and enjoyed the ability to hear the sound of the waves though the night. Sugar beach is always a great place to walk and this location has great access to swim and snorkel with easy access into the water.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The property is right on the ocean so we had our morning coffee to the sound of the waves breaking everyday. The pool and hot tub were great and well maintained. The beach was perfect for walking and swimming and snorkeling. We saw turtles many times from our lanai. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Ocean Paradise

Location was awesome! Right on the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed ocean gazing on the balcony after coming back from a tiring day of sigh seeing! House had everything you'd need. They thought of everything!

Breathtaking

The room was just as pictured. View from balcony was amazing. Right on the beach. Nice grassy area to sit on with sandy beach just steps away. Room had everything we needed. I'll definitely book again.

Just perfect!!

We are so glad we picked this place. The unit was very nice and clean. The views were exactly what we were wanting. Sitting on the lanai you can see so much and enjoy taking it all in. Very relaxing and a great place to start the day eating breakfast and then end the day watching the sunset. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
