Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “Lido Sands”… a cozy 4 bedroom 3 bath vacation home with a great private heated pool and spa and awesome lounge area! This 2 story home sleeps up to 10. It is located right on the fringe of St Armands Circle and is just minutes from Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key. It is also 3 houses away from the beach and a private path right to Lido Beach!

This Lido Key home is only steps from beautiful Florida famous waters and beaches. This private 2 story home features 2 master suites along with 2 guest bedrooms all fitted with King beds and a large Smart TV. Easily sleep 10 guests with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. The living room opens right into the brand new pool and hot tub patio for amazing indoor/outdoor living. There is plenty of seating on the patio for everyone to soak up the Florida Sun or just relax in the pool. We are conveniently located with easy walking distance to Lido Beach (100 yards) as well as St. Armands Circle (5 minute walk) with plenty of shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

“Lido Sands” can accommodate up to 10 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2; sleeper sofa (1) - sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #2: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #3: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Bedroom #4: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collect. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy.

This pool is heated to 83 degrees from November 1-April 15. The heater/pool pump turns off from around 7 PM until 7 AM and will restart the next day. The heater is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75). NOTE: We are not responsible for pool temps.

Perfect location between Lido beach and St Armand’s Circle.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Rented a corn hole game and played that by the pool. Cooked breakfasts and a few dinners at the house and there were plenty of pots & pans and utensils. Nice big laundry room. Short walk to the beach which was lovely. St Armand’s Circle was a short walk as well. Lots of cute shops and great restaurants.

Wonderful House

Near the beach and walking distance to St Armand circle. Clean house with beach chairs and floaties available for use. Nice open floor plan, large beds and great master bedroom. Would recommend staying here.

Amazing Location

It was a great stay and we felt comfortable and at home. The pool and hot tub were in constant use. We could walk to town and the beach. Absolutely loved our stay.

We really enjoyed out stay. There is enough room in this house for our family to come visit and have dinner. The pool is beautiful as well. We hope to be back.

Great beach house!

We stayed for a few nights at this beach house and it was awesome. You can tell they’ve done recent renovations, beautiful new pool and hot tub, and couldn’t be a better location. We’ll be back!

Ideal Location

My family loved this location. The walk to the beach was a pleasure, as was the unspoiled beach. It was like being back in the Florida of old. Add the walk the walk to St Armand's circus and the stay was made complete.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this house. Great location walking distance to the all the restaurants, shops, and beach. We had 10 people in our group, we had plenty of room. Pool is a good size with a spa we all enjoyed it. Plenty of room for cooking in well stocked kitchen with large BBQ grill just outside. We plan on coming back for another family vacation.

Perfect Location

A short walk to a beautiful beach, as well as a short walk to St. Armand's Circle where the restaurants are great and the shopping is excellent. The only problem............ two weeks was not long enough.

Superb!!

We had a wonderful week here. The house is huge, super clean, beautiful inside. The location cannot be beat, private trail straight to the beautiful Lido Beach. Being within walking/biking distance of St. Armand's Circle was a huge plus! Communications with owner Trey was A+++ Thank you, can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Beach stay great location.

Really enjoyed this property, as pictured and described. Very close and walkable to all St. Armand's Circle, very close to Mote Marine, near Sarasota and all it has to offer including the Farmer's Market. As described, a bit of a walk to the beach but the beach is secluded and gorgeous and the walk is a serene nature walk. Property managers were communicative and easy to reach. Really enjoyed our stay!! Three adult couples and two kids.

Great Spot

Location: Terrific- Walk to a quiet beach & town. Inside of House: As described with plenty of space for everyone. A suggestion - the bedrooms could each use a dresser. Outside of House: Well kept & Clean Pool Experienced 1 very minor issue, but immediately resolved - thank you. Would stay again!

Great family vacation!

Our family of 8 really enjoyed the house and the location. The house was well-equipped for meal preparation, but nicely located for walks into St. Armand's Circle for shops, restaurants and an arcade. Plenty to do in the area (aquarium, kayaking, beach activities) or just kick back and enjoy the beach, the pool, puzzles and board games with family. Interior of the house was clean. Exterior needed some cleanup, but perfectly understandable as the area was recovering from hurricane Ian.

Lovely Family Vacation

I was a little hesitant because everywhere on Siesta Key was sold out and I didn’t know anything about Lido but we will be coming back here! The house is walking distances to lots of shopping and restaurants and the beach by the house isn’t crowded and perfect for small children. The house has a nice pool and the common area is big enough for everyone to relax comfortably and visit.

Wonderful Stay!!!

Very clean! Great location to the beautiful beach. The short walk was a pleasant trail. Had all the basics, even for a 1 year old, plus more. I was very pleased with how everything went, from check in to check out. Very nice maintenance staff and host if/ when they are needed. Older children had a blast in the pool. Hot tub was a nice addition, as well as the massage chair. Will definitely stay again when we are in this area!
