This was a wonderful property for our visit to the University of Florida. It is in a very cute, quaint, and safe neighborhood with plenty of things to do. Kristi was very communicative, responsive, and helpful. Great property, and I highly recommend!

Staying here was easy - great location & we had everything we needed. Host gave excellent checkin instructions & we didn't need to contact her once for any reason.

wonderful stay!

Overall I had a lovely stay and the condo had everything I needed. It was located in a lovely part of town surrounded by shopping and restaurants. I enjoyed the pool just across the street. It was perfect. Will definitely have to stay again soon. Thank you so much!

Great location, well stocked and clean

We loved this location! Easy access to trails, close to the pool, and the farmers market. The unit was well stocked with towels, kitchen appliances, coffee, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The bedrooms are on opposite sides which was a great layout for us with kids. We would stay here again!

Perfect stay

I came to town for a sports event. The condo was clean and in a great neighborhood. Communication was easy and instructions for the property easy. Comfortable beds and couch. Will be back for the next event.

Great stay in Haile Plantation

Spacious for family of four. The kids shared a room. The location has easy access to several restaurants in the Haile Village Center. It was a quiet, second-story apartment-style. The only drawback was a broken coffee maker, which we replaced. The owner was communicative and helpful. We hope to return.

Clean, comfortable, and excellent location

Susan is a very attentive host with great attention to detail including detailed and accurate instructions for the stay. She even left sunscreen out along with the pool towels! The apartment was very clean and well decorated. The balcony was great for morning coffees and we really enjoyed being right in the middle of Haile Plantation with its restaurants, walking trails and farmers' market. We have family moving to the Gainseville area so we would definitely like to come back. Highly recommended.

A slice of heaven

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The door lock gave me a bit of trouble at first but i figured out the trick. The plantaion is beautiful and peaceful. I sat out on the balcony and took it all in most nights and ate my breakfast out there in the morning. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. We spent the whole day there. I was very comfortable in the condo and really didnt want to leave. Awesome

Chic Haile Village

Amazing place to stay while in Gainesville, FL. Clean, Safe and Cozy environment. Loved the balcony. The Haile Planation was a quaint community with a Farmer's Market on Saturday's. Easy walking trails and local places to eat within walking distance. Grocery stores nearby. Access to swimming pool and gym. Host left coffee for us and had other amenities available too if you forgot something. Good communication with Host. I highly recommend the Chic Haile Village and will stay here again when in the area.

Beautiful apartment home in a great location. We were very impressed with the paper products and toiletries left for our use. The computer monitor and desk set up was a pleasant surprise and very helpful while working. Our only downside was the work being done on the exterior of the building. It did not bother us but was unexpected. Overall a great stay!

Great location, cozy space

This was a lovely experience in a great area. Quiet woodsy getaway, with walkable small town to a few restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Looking for a getaway form our busy bustling home life, and this was it. Would definitely come back.
