Everything is new and spectacular! New flooring, HVAC, appliances, gourmet kitchen, furnishings and more and right on the water. The living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa and a 75 Inch TV. This location is arguably one of the best in all of Ocean City. Enjoy the view of the Ocean City skyline from the second floor balcony off the living room or sit in one of the Adirondack chairs in your own back yard by the bay. Bring your boat or jets ski and park it on the jet ski ramp. Trailer parking on 100th Street, bayside. PLEASE DON'T USE FIRE PIT.

The garage area has been converted into a fun indoor/outdoor room with sofa, chaise lounge, chairs and more! 30 YEAR AGE MINIMUM FOR NON-RELATED GROUPS.
Mini Week Rentals are Thursday to Sunday or Sunday to Thursday in peak season
Full Week Rentals are Sunday to Sunday or Thursday to Thursday in peak season

Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. This does not include the double pull out sleeper sofa which would be an additional $15.00 plus tax.
Towel packages include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per person. Additional towel packages will be $12.00 each plus tax. Let us know when booking should you desire extras.
Towel packages will be delivered to your door. Please bag the used linens and towels in the same bag and leave by the front door at the end of your stay.

Welcome Packages including 1 paper towel, 2 toilet paper, one sponge, one dishwashing packet, 1 dishwashing liquid and 2 hand soaps and is provided for you. Refills are not provided

Baby items can also be rented as well as beach items. Just let us know what you need and we will be happy to quote that for you.

Please let us know at least a week or two before your stay if you would like any of the rental packages.

Looking for things to do when not at the beach or pool? There are a multitude of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Parents and kids alike will enjoy Fish Tales on 21st Street or Macky's on 53rd, good food and fun for the kids. Alley Oops a restaurant, bar and amusement center for kids and adults alike. Two locations 55th and 131st. Just outside Ocean City is Frontier Town. This will take you back to the old west. Stop by the saloon for lunch and take in the gunfight at the OK Corral. A 10 minute drive from Ocean City will take you to Berlin, voted America's Coolest Small Town. Antique and specialty shops abound. Stop by the Atlantic Hotel. Built in the early 1900's and lovingly restored to it's original glory. Enjoy lunch or dinner or just sit on the front porch in a rocker and sip a nice cool drink while watching everyone stroll by.
