Check-in:
Long Island Village requires an $90 resort fee that will be paid directly to LIV upon check-in at the Welcome Center and is not included in your VRBO booking fees. The resort fee covers the parking passes (two vehicles maximum), Gate code to enter premises and resort wristbands to access on-site amenities. The welcome center is open until 5:00PM Monday-Saturday.
Travelers arriving after 5PM:
In order to facilitate entry, please notify me at least 24 hrs before arrival so that I can make arrangements to have your name on the security guard list to get past the gate. You will then have to follow check-in procedure, as stated above the following morning.

*NO smoking inside of the cottage, please step out to the balcony or boat dock if needed and do not put out cigarettes with your foot as they leave black marks on the wood and damage the flooring.
*NO Loud music or parties
* Absolutely no grilling or frying with a gas burner is allowed on the balcony or on the patio wooded floor. *Grilling or frying is only allowed in a safe concrete area.
*If using the grill, please move the BBQ pit to a safe concrete area and dispose ashes or coals after use.
* DO NOT take anything that belongs to the cottage, this includes but not limited to: towels, dishes, insulated cups, electronic devices etc..
