This Two (2) bedroom, Two (2) bath beach condo comfortably sleeps 7 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The open living area features an elegant beach decor and HDTV with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico The Master Bedroom comes with a King bed, HDTV and private full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has King bed and HDTV. There is a second full bathroom accessed from the Guest bedroom as well as the hallway.

Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

LOVE the location, the unit itself was great, and Beachball Properties was great too! There were a few things that might deter me from staying there again: *Cleanliness was okay…there was sticky stuff/food particles on most of the cabinet handles in the kitchen I had to wipe down. But everything else seemed fine. *There was a rectangle hole cut out of the drywall in one of the bedrooms leaving the inside of the wall exposed…that was weird. *The one night we were able to use the hot tub, it was COLD 😭 *You can’t turn the bathroom light on without the fan turning on as well…this shouldn’t be a big deal, but the fan is LOUD and it was annoying by the second day. 😅 *The hot water in the unit ran out SO fast. If you took more than a five minute shower, the hot water was gone. Forget having both showers run at the same time. Or trying to run a washer/dishwasher while taking a shower. We had to create a shower rotation 🙃 BUT, it was beautiful, upgraded, had a HUGE back porch, was in the perfect location, and excellent property managers!

Bathroom had towel bars that were barely hanging in the wall When we removed a towel after showering it hit the floor, The shower curtain was the same way, it was not fastened and was laying on top of the tub wall. Parking is a serious problem You only have 1 parking pass per unit We had 2 cars and were told that we had to go across the busy street to park for a fee. we went over there to park the car and were told to park it in the lot next door. The lot had a sign on it that said it was closed from November 1st to February 29 There were probably 8 cars in the lot for the condo the entire time we were there (5 days) We did have some problems with one of the televisions, and it was repaired promptly.
