Welcome to my designer apartment, just 5 minutes away from La Croisette!

This sunny and peaceful apartment has been renovated by a designer. It is a 65 square meter (700 square feet) 2-room apartment consisting of a spacious living room, an open kitchen, an elegant bathroom, a separate toilet, a quiet bedroom, and a beautiful terrace.

The bedroom features a Queen Size bed with a premium Emma mattress, USB/USB-C outlets for charging directly from the socket, a large wardrobe, air conditioning, and an electric blind.

The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, a large towel warmer, and a hairdryer. Organic and sulfate-free shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners will be provided during your stay.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a state-of-the-art oven and microwave, a kettle, a toaster, an electric citrus juicer from the Italian design brand Alessi, a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob with integrated hood, and a washer-dryer.

The living room features a 43-inch Smart TV with all available streaming platforms, a high-quality convertible sofa with a queen-size mattress, and air conditioning.

The terrace offers an unobstructed view of the city and the hills of Cannes.

I ensure that your stay is optimal and makes you feel at home. Kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, etc., are provided, as well as organic sulfate-free shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom. You will also find laundry detergent if you wish to do a load of laundry, toilet paper in the toilets, as well as dishwashing liquid and a sponge for washing dishes.

My apartment is located in a quiet building where neighbors respect each other. Therefore, it is crucial not to make noise after 8 p.m. and not to organize parties in the apartment. The neighbors are sensitive to noise, and it is essential to avoid any police calls. Pets are welcome! However, please do not let them climb on the sofa or bed. Babies are also welcome! Upon request, I can provide a high chair or a crib. Feel free to contact me for any specific requests; I will be delighted to assist you! Please note that the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
