Amazing! The house was even better than the pictures. The rooms were huge with high ceilings, the kitchen was extremely well stocked and they provided tons of beach towels. Of course the best part is just sitting on the porch and looking at that view. There was an issue with the WiFi but that was out of their control and the property manager did all he could to address it. Just a perfect vacation!

Very lovely home directly on a beautiful beach and in a convenient location. We were 6 adults and 3 young children. This house provided plenty of room and was very comfortable. We cooked our meals in the well stocked kitchen. The extra refrigerator /freezer was very nice. This house is very well maintained and beautiful. Due to the wonderful breeze we had everyday, we did not use the kayaks or paddle boards(on vacation and didn’t want to work too hard!) Truly enjoyed our week at Belle Mer Cottage.

We had the best time at Belle Mer! We were so impressed at how well stocked it was from the kitchen to beach towels to toys in the garage. Beds were so comfortable. The view is amazing! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Our family from Arizona and Alaska had the BEST time during our stay. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our entire family of all ages. I would highly recommend this location for a low-key family friendly stay to disconnect and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches.

Belle Mer was AMAZING! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including two refrigerators. Beds were comfortable with soft bedding. Lots of beach towels. You are literally 50 steps to the beach. Lots of toys and beach chairs in the garage. Communication with the property Manager was easy and fast on WhatsApp. Quick 10 min trip to the grocery and liquor stores. We will book Belle Mer again.

Great House

Centrally located on the island we could explore up and down the coast. The house was perfect for two families with 3 older teenagers, it’s just steps to a private beach with a garage full of water toys! Highly recommend this place for anyone with a large group.

Belle Mer Cottage

It was like a home I’ve always dreamed about. Absolutely gorgeous! So much space in the home….all of the rooms, kitchen, eating areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. I was there with my family of 9, 5 adults and four grandchildren ranging in ages between 7-12. The older two loved having the privacy oh the loft!But what we all loved the most was the spectacular view of the ocean. The kids spent hours in the water every day, using the boogie boards, etc. that were provided. Many sandcastles were made. Food from surrounding restaurants was great…just a wonderful experience !

Exuma Vacation

We had a fabulous two weeks in Exuma at Belle Mer Cottage. The perfect getaway with family or friends. It's one on the nicest places we've stayed over the years in our time on the island. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Excellent accommodations!

Responsive to repairs needed on the grill and the one issue with water. Showers great! Beach clean! Lots of space, pillows and comfortable beds!

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. Fantastic location between the airport and Georgetown and right on the water. The house is well equipped and we had more than enough space in the two refrigerators and beverage fridge for our two families with 8 people. Sam (owner) and Norm (property manager) were very responsive to inquiries, which we appreciated. Highly recommend Belle Mer.

A fantastic home with everything

We had 4 couples and 2 children (2 and 9) in our group. This is a fantastic home with everything we needed. It is in a great and convenient location. We would definitely like to come back to this house when we return

Beautiful House, Amazing Location

This was such a lovely place to be on vacation. Our host Sam was wonderful, super attentive to our questions and quick on response time. The location of the house was perfect, beach front was so nice and activities on the island were endless. We liked the house so much that we've decided to make this vacation an annual family trip. Thanks so much Sam for making our stay amazing!

Miss the view already!

Great location. Beautiful beach house. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend renting a boat and checking out Stocking Island for the day. Everyone loved searching for sand dollars and starfish. My kids were sad to leave. Great family vacation!

Paradise

The design of this house is every bit as gorgeous as it appears in the pictures and more. We had 3 couples and 4 children in our group and there was more than enough space for everybody. The views from the living room are spectacular and all of the water toys in the garage made sure we were never bored. Can’t wait to come back!

Pre-Xmas Family Trip

The Belle Mer is an incredible property, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for someone who wants a beautiful beach vacation with their family! The location is as good as it gets, and the property manager Norman and his team are great communicators. We had the house fully stocked upon arrival and had the best week! This is the place to be if you want an amazing experience on Exuma.
